General Terms of sale

Dear customers,

by visiting or making a purchase from the online store https://www.meandshe.rs (hereinafter referred to as the "Store"), you accept the General Terms of Sale (hereinafter "General Terms") stated below. Please carefully read and familiarize yourself with the rules we apply. The Store reserves the right to make changes and amendments to these general terms without prior notice.

The General Terms define the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery, and returns, as well as complaints regarding the goods offered on the website https://www.meandshe.rs (hereinafter the "Website"), as well as other relevant matters.

The seller of the goods that can be ordered and paid by cash on delivery, general payment slips, or online payment cards is DERMOLOGY COSMETICS, with its registered office in Belgrade, Bulevar oslobođenja no. 136, registration number: 66547680, VAT number 113062304, e-mail: info@meandshe.rs (hereinafter: "Online Seller"). The buyer of the goods is a visitor of the Store who selects at least one product, adds it to the shopping cart, pays for it by payment card, general payment slip, or submits an order and pays for the product upon delivery (cash on delivery).

By using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these general terms, and you agree to comply with them, as well as all other applicable laws and regulations. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.

Through the Store, the buyer is provided with the opportunity to purchase all products available on the Website, and the products fully correspond to the accompanying labels published with the products (hereinafter: "Goods" or "Products"). The prices on the Website are shown with included value-added tax (VAT). The prices displayed are in Serbian dinars (RSD).

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD). For informational display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia will be used. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the rate used by card organizations, which is not known to us - the Online Seller at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price stated on the Website. All prices are expressed with VAT included, and there are no additional costs.

The Goods are ordered by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the Website, and after the order is confirmed, it is irrevocable (except in cases and procedures provided by applicable laws). If the Online Seller is unable to deliver all ordered Goods, they will deliver the available ones from the selected Goods, and the Buyer will be notified by email (or phone).

The ordered Goods from the Online Seller are delivered to the entrance of the Buyer's residential building. If it is a residential building, the courier is not obligated to carry the Goods to the floor where the Buyer is located, but only to the entrance of the building.

Delivery of Goods is available throughout Serbia. Delivery is carried out through the XXXX delivery service. The delivery time is within 15 days. The delivery time may be longer than indicated but not longer than 30 days if the ordered Goods are not currently available, or if the Buyer received the online purchase confirmation during weekends or public holidays.
The Buyer is obliged to sign the delivery note upon receipt of the Goods, which the courier takes as confirmation of receipt of the ordered Goods.
If the Buyer refuses to accept the ordered Goods upon delivery to the desired address, the Online Seller has the right to request reimbursement of postal and handling costs.

The Buyer can pay for the ordered Goods with payment cards, through a general payment slip, or in cash to the courier upon delivery.

Refunds in case of returned Goods are made by the Online Seller exclusively to the current account provided by the Buyer in the Withdrawal Form from the distance contract or the Complaint Form.

1. The Buyer can file a complaint with the Seller via email at info@meandshe.rs or in writing - along with the receipt as proof of the purchased goods, either in person at the Seller's premises or by mail to the Seller's address.

2. Dermology Cosmetics - the Seller is obliged to respond to your request within 5 working days from the day the complaint was filed.

3. Dermology Cosmetics - the Seller is obliged to resolve the accepted complaint within 30 days from the day of submitting the complaint.

It is very important to report any damages during transport visible on the product packaging immediately to the courier who delivers the goods. The Buyer is obliged to report any transport damage within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

If you notice such damage, do not sign the receipt of the shipment, or ask the courier to wait while you check if the damage to the packaging caused any damage to the product itself or loss of parts. If the product is not damaged and all parts are in order, sign the receipt of the shipment.

If you have received the shipment and upon opening the box, found that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones or the information on the invoice is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment by sending an email with your details (name, surname, phone number) to the email info@meandshe.rs and describe the problem you have. We will respond to the consumer's declared complaint as soon as possible and inform you about further proceedings. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the moment of its registration.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, for each online purchase, the Buyer, who is considered a consumer according to the mentioned law, has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods, i.e., to withdraw from the purchase.

The Consumer Protection Act excludes the Buyer's right to withdraw from the contract in the case of the delivery of goods whose price depends on changes in the financial market that the Seller cannot influence and that may occur during the withdrawal period, the delivery of goods that are subject to deterioration in quality or have a short shelf life, the delivery of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and that were unsealed after delivery, and the delivery of other types of goods in accordance with the Law.

Based on Article Clause 34 of the Consumer Protection Act obliges the Buyer to return the goods to the Seller - Online seller (Dermology Cosmetics, Belgrade) without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day the withdrawal form for the distance contract was sent. After the expiration of the 14-day period, the goods cannot be returned.  

When returning the goods, it is mandatory to return them in a proper and unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging, along with the original receipt. It will be considered that the goods have been returned within the deadline if the consumer sent the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period from the moment of sending the withdrawal form. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

By signing the withdrawal form for the distance contract, the consumer declares that he/she agrees that the price of the goods will be refunded to him/her when the goods are returned to the address for receiving the forms and goods, and that the seller - Online seller (Dermology Cosmetics, Belgrade) has the right to withhold the return of the entire purchase price or proportionately reduce the value of the purchase price if it is determined that the goods are not in proper condition due to the consumer's inadequate or improper handling of the goods.

Transport costs in case of unilateral termination of the contract - withdrawal from the contract are borne by the buyer. If any of the above requirements are not met, the Online Seller will not be able to accept the customer's request.

The Buyer is responsible for any defects or damages to the products resulting from improper handling of the product, i.e., the Buyer is solely responsible for the diminished value of the goods caused by handling the goods in a way that is not appropriate or exceeds what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

The content displayed on the Internet page, such as pages, design elements, texts, photographs, logos, audio recordings, and software, are the property of the Online seller - Dermology Cosmetics, Belgrade and cannot be used without its prior consent. All information available on the Internet page is for informational purposes only and may not be used for commercial purposes or distributed to third parties.

Buyers are free to comment on products and send email messages. The Store has the right not to publish comments that are malicious, contain indecent statements, spread hatred and discrimination and in any way violate the rights of others. Such comments will be removed without prior notice. False representation and registration with someone else's email address are not allowed. The Store may initiate appropriate legal proceedings against such activities.

The Store strives to describe all products as accurately as possible, as well as to use the most authentic photographs of the items. However, it is not possible to guarantee that all the information provided regarding the products is 100% accurate, complete, reliable, and error-free. If the product purchased by the Buyer deviates from the data provided on the Internet page, i.e., the published declaration, the Buyer can return it in unused condition according to the procedure on the Withdrawal from Purchase page and fill out the form for withdrawal from the distance contract, and the Online seller will refund the money.

The Store operates 24/7, 7 days a week. In the event of technical problems or during regular maintenance work on the Internet page, it may be temporarily unavailable for a shorter period of time, and all users and customers will be notified.

The Store reserves the right to change the data displayed on any part of the Internet page at any time, without prior notice.

When entering credit card data, confidential information is transmitted in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as the currently most advanced cryptographic technology.

The security of data during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, XXXXX bank, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank's website. At no time are credit card data available to our system - the system of the Online seller - Dermology Cosmetics, Belgrade.

On behalf of the Online seller - Dermology Cosmetics, Belgrade, we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary basic information about customers/users and data necessary for business and informing users in accordance with good business practices and for providing quality service. We provide customers with the option to choose, including the option to decide whether they want to be included or excluded from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer/user data is strictly kept in accordance with the law and is only accessible to employees who require such data to perform their duties. All employees of Dermology Cosmetics, Belgrade (and business partners) are responsible for adhering to the principles of privacy protection in accordance with the law.

The Online seller - Dermology Cosmetics, Belgrade reserves the right to change all the above terms and conditions without prior notice to customers. Any changes or amendments to these general terms and conditions will be immediately posted on the Internet page of the Online seller. You should visit this Internet page from time to time and check the current General Terms and Conditions, as you are legally bound by them. Certain provisions of these general terms and conditions may be overridden by explicit legal acts or announcements posted on other pages of this Internet page - site. It is considered that customers are familiar with the changes to the General Terms and Conditions upon each subsequent order.
